A chalked outline of your plan of Stonehenge in the centre of the hall/hut/HQ with internal trilithons standing stones, alter stones etc.

Place the bricks around the edge of the hall. explain to the Cubs that they are 1" tall ice age pioneers who are tasked with the problem of building Stonehenge on the site provided. They can use the bricks as the stones, skewers as levers, the dowels as rollers, and the cotton as hauling hawsers, and the kindling as props. Ensure that the cotton and elastic are not strong enough to lift the full weight of the brick from the ground. The elastic is to secure the cotton to the brick. Explain that they must not touch the bricks with their hands at any time but can only use the equipment provided.

Divide into groups of 3 and let loose.
