Fox Hunting, or Amateur Radio Direction Finding, involves Scoutings using a radio direction finding receiver to locate one or more hidden transmitters. It can also be used to follow an orienteering type course.
Lost model alarms developed for radio control model airplanes and model rockets can also be used for the the Fox Hunt transmitters and receivers.
