We took our Cubs the Ottawa Remote Control Club to try out flying radio control airplanes. The club members were amazing! The Cubs used a "buddy box" where the instructor could take control of the airplane if the Cub lost control. There was also a flight simulator program setup on a computer. This event, while great, would be better suited to Scouts or Venturers.
